Training "Sprint 0: Define the Product Vision"
Have you ever worked in a Scrum project? Then you know from your own experience that it is essential to have the entire Scrum team on the same page with regards to the desired end result.
That is why each Scrum project needs a Product Vision that serves as a compass for the Scrum team. But how do you make a Product Vision and how to use this to describe a thorough Product Backlog and to steer on the added value in Sprint Review and Retrospective? Requirements are the answer!
The training course “Sprint 0: Define the Product Vision” teaches the participants how to set up a Product Vision for a Scrum project using requirements. The product vision serves as input for a prioritized product backlog, in support of delivering added value. Skills that participants develop are:
- A smart notation to document the needs of the customer
- Differentiating between needs and solutions
- Iteratively synchronize needs and solutions

This inspiring training course is intended for everybody who participates in Scrum projects, like the Product Owner, the Scrum Master and the Scrum team. The avergage group size per course is approximately 10 (+/- 2) participants.
