During the training for Product Owner/Product Manager, you develop skills to deliver customer value by using the activities, mechanisms, and tools that allow you to manage backlogs and programs. During this two-day course you will develop an in-depth understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART), how it delivers value, and what you can do to effectively perform your role as Product Owner/Product Manager.
The training also focuses on writing Epics, splitting up Epics in Features and Stories. Learn to plan and execute your work in Iterations and Program Increments and work in a Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture.
